Group therapy sessions will be available soon at The Blue Lotus Practice. These semi-anonymous to anonymous groups offer a supportive space to connect, reflect, and grow through shared experience and community.
Groups will be carefully facilitated by a qualified therapist, with limited spaces to ensure safety, depth, and meaningful participation.
