The Existential Book Club - Coming Soon
We’re creating a space where the world of ideas meets the lived experience — a place for readers who are curious not just about stories, but about themselves. The Existential Book Club will meet monthly to explore a work of literature rich in existential themes, including authenticity, meaning, freedom, love, and responsibility. Sessions will be facilitated by Marianthi Kolovopoulos, an existential psychotherapist, who will guide reflection and open conversation about how these ideas resonate in your own life.
This is more than a book discussion; it’s a space for therapeutic reflection and shared insight. Together, we’ll read, question, and support one another as we explore what it means to live with awareness and purpose.
Sessions will be semi-anonymous — participants may choose to use only their first name or a pseudonym. Groups will be kept small (limited to 8 participants per session) to maintain depth and connection.
📚 If this resonates with you, we invite you to register your interest below and join us as we begin this new chapter — where reading becomes a journey of self-understanding.

A Leap of Faith - Coming Soon
We recognise that faith, spirituality, and religiosity — in all their forms — often invite us to pause, question, and realign with our purpose and sense of being.
A Leap of Faith is a monthly group that offers a reflective space to explore the role of belief, doubt, and spiritual experience in our lives, in whatever form they may take.
This group is open to people from all faiths, traditions, and those with no affiliation. It is not about promoting a particular religion, but about exploring how spirituality and religiosity shape our sense of meaning, identity, and connection. Together, we’ll reflect on the ways faith — whether traditional, personal, or evolving — intersects with our search for authenticity and purpose.
Facilitated by Fazna Iqbal-Clifford, an existential psychotherapist, each session will gently guide discussion around themes such as trust and uncertainty, freedom and surrender, the sacred in daily life, and the courage to believe.
Sessions will be semi-anonymous — participants may use their first name or a pseudonym — to help create a sense of safety and openness.
Groups will be limited to 8 participants per session to allow for depth, reflection, and meaningful connection.
🌙 If you feel called to explore spirituality, belief, and alignment in an inclusive, therapeutic space, register your interest below. Spaces will be limited.
